John Callison sang with FBN in February and March of 2015, giving voice to The Giant and Trouble Man in Jack and the Beanstalk, and Noisy the Dog, Straw the Horse, and Donkey in Petunia. Since FBN, John has performed the roles of Moralès in Carmen with New York Opera Exchange, Hortensius in La Fille du Régiment with Martina Arroyo Prelude to Performance, Il Conte di Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro with dell'Arte Opera Ensemble, and Don in Heartbreak Express with Rhymes with Opera. This winter, John will be an Apprentice Artist with Sarasota Opera. On his experience with FBN, John said, “FBN helped shape my career by helping me to realize how much fun it is to share music with people from all walks of life.
